Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard. If you prefer to mail payment, we accept Money Orders and Checks. Please note that orders paid via checks will not be shipped until the check clears (up to 2 weeks). We cannot accept COD orders or cash payments through the mail.
Sales Tax
Texas residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
Shipping
Our customers receive free shipping when they spend $150 or more. Your package will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. You also have the option to ship 3-day, 2-day or overnight for an additional charge calculated during checkout. Please contact us for information on shipping to other countries.

Gift Wrapping
Your gifts will be wrapped in signature tissue and placed in a gift box and tied with a beautiful chocolate and blue striped ribbon. A personalized gift enclosure card is included. Some oversized products cannot be gift wrapped. Gift wrapping is $5.

Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep all of our products in stock at all times. Occasionally we run out of an item before the web site can be updated. When that happens, you will be notified by either email or telephone. You will be able to substitute a product or wait until the item becomes available.
Return Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note our return policy is as follows:
- We will accept returns or exchanges with a proof of purchase within 14 days.
- Store credit will be issued for returns received within 30 days.
- Gifts may be returned for store credit.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the product is defective.
- We do not accept merchandise that has been worn or damaged.
- Merchandise must be returned with all tags intact to receive credit.
- Clearance items are final sale.
- Customized items may not be returned unless the product is defective.
